Strong families strengthen our community.
Toni Rigsbee earned her G.E.D. at Durham Tech in 2006 and later obtained an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice Technology in 2011. She then earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice at North Carolina Central and most recently earned her master’s degree in Public Administration from NC Central. Her son, William, is currently enrolled in the Information Technology program at Durham Tech and hopes to attend North Carolina A&T with the eventual goal of serving in the United States Air Force.
