Full Semester and Mini-Session I courses begin — Monday, August 13

Mini-Session II courses begin — Monday, October 15

Priority Registration

Priority registration is reserved for continuing students who have been admitted to a program as of spring 2018 or prior and have enrolled in courses during at least one of the past three semesters. Eligibility is determined by credit hours completed by the start of the early registration period.

Early registration for eligible students with 35 or more credit hours begins — April 2

Early registration for eligible students with 17 or more credit hours begins — April 4

Early registration for eligible students with 4 or more credit hours begins — April 6

Early registration for eligible students with 1-4 credit hours begins — April 9


General Registration

During general registration, all advised students can add courses to their schedule.

Open registration for all advised students (Full Semester and Mini-Session I): April 11 – August 12*

Open registration for all advised students (Mini-Session II): April 11 – October 14*

Waitlist function available (Full Semester and Mini-Session I): April 2 – August 9

Waitlist function available (Mini-Session II): April 2 – October 11

Registration is available through Self-Service all day except from 1:00 a.m. – 1:10 a.m. for daily maintenance and Friday from 6 a.m. – 8 a.m. for weekly maintenance. Self-Service will remain available for schedule adjustments until Sunday, August 12 for Full Semester and Mini-Session I courses, and until Sunday, October 14 for Mini-Session II courses.

*Ensure you are able to log into Self-Service prior to the end of the registration period. If you are unable to access Self-Service and require registration assistance, visit the Admissions and Enrollment Services office in the Wynn Center, room 10-200, or the front desk at Orange County Campus by 5 p.m. on Friday, August 10 for Full Semester and Mini-Session I courses; and by 5 p.m. on Friday, October 12 for Mini-Session II courses.


Late Enrollment and Advising

Last day to receive Online Advising, by 5 p.m. — August 3

Full Semester final dates:

  • Take placement test, arrive by 12 p.m. — August 7
  • Attend a ConnectSession — August 7
  • Submit an enrollment application, by 5 p.m. — August 6

Mini-Session II final dates:

  • Take placement test, arrive by 12 p.m. — October 9
  • Attend a ConnectSession — October 9
  • Submit an enrollment application, by 5 p.m. — October 8

August 8 – 9 is late advising, the last opportunity to meet with an advisor for Full Semester and Mini-Session I courses. Registration is not permitted if you have not completed an application, ConnectSession, testing, and advising by the deadline. Please note that by late advising time, course availability is limited. You are encouraged to complete enrollment steps early.

Main Campus late advising hours: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Orange County Campus late advising hours: 1 – 6 p.m.


Tuition and Fees Payment Deadlines

Billing for fall semester courses begins July 1. Beginning July 1, you will be able to view your tuition and fees balance due for fall 2018 on Self-Service.

Full payment of tuition and fees is due according to the schedule below. If you do not pay on time, your courses will be de-registered and made available for other students.**

If you register April 3 – July 8, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. — July 8

If you register July 9 – July 22, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. — July 22

If you register July 23 – August 5, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. — August 5

If you register August 6 – 7, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. — August 7

If you register August 8 – 9, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. — August 9

If you register August 10 – 12, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. — August 12

If you register August 13 – October 7 for Mini-Session II, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. — October 7

If you register October 8 – October 14 for Mini-Session II, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. — October 14

**If your financial aid award is not viewable on your account (check the Financial Aid tab in Self-Service) by August 6 (Full Semester and Mini-Session I) or October 8 (Mini-Session II), you will be responsible for paying for your courses out of pocket or enrolling in a payment plan.

Payments may be made online through Self-Service all day except from 1 a.m. until 1:10 a.m. for daily maintenance and Fridays from 6 a.m. until 8 a.m. for weekly maintenance. Payment may also be made in person at the Cashier’s Window (White Building entrance foyer, Main Campus Building 1).

Full tuition refund deadline for Mini-Session II courses (if completed in person) — October 12*

Full tuition refund deadline for Mini-Session II courses (if completed via WebAdvisor/Self-Service) — October 14*

75% tuition refund deadline for Mini-Session II courses — October 19

Last day to receive a "W" for regular semester courses — October 28

Last day to receive a "W" for Mini-Session II courses — November 18

*Full tuition refunds are processed four to six weeks after the start of the semester.
