Preparing for Registration

Enrollment due date for Summer Term 2018 — March 15

Students who complete all required admissions forms, attend a ConnectSession, and submit transcripts and financial aid documents by the enrollment due date can expect to be admitted to the college and have the option to charge tuition and books to financial aid (if eligible for an award) at the beginning of the term. Your advisor can help you develop a plan for how to meet your academic goals and provide you with access to our web registration (Self-Service) system. Please see the Academic Advising section for more information. All students must be cleared by their academic advisor prior to registration. It is strongly recommended that you see your advisor early.

Priority Registration

Priority registration is reserved for continuously enrolled students who have been admitted to a program as of spring 2018 or prior and are/were registered in courses during fall 2017 or spring 2018. Eligibility is determined by credit hours completed by the start of the early registration period.

Early registration for eligible students with 35 or more credit hours begins — April 2

Early registration for eligible students with 17 or more credit hours begins — April 4

Early registration for eligible students with 4 or more credit hours begins — April 6

Early registration for eligible students with 1-4 credit hours begins — April 9


General Registration

During general registration, all advised students can add courses to their schedule.

Open registration for all advised students: April 11 – May 15*

Waitlist function available: April 2 – May 14

Registration is available through Self-Service all day except from 1–1:10 a.m. for daily maintenance and Fridays from 6–8 a.m. for weekly maintenance. Self-Service will remain available for schedule adjustments until Tuesday, May 15.

*Ensure you are able to log into Self-Service prior to the end of the registration period. If you are unable to access Self-Service and require registration assistance, visit the Admissions and Advising Services office in the Wynn Center (Building 10), room 10-200, or the front desk at the Orange County Campus by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15.


Late Enrollment and Advising

Term final dates:

  • Complete and submit both the enrollment and residency determination applications by 5 p.m. — May 11
  • Take placement test, arrive by 9 a.m. — May 11
  • Attend a ConnectSession — May 12

Last day to request Online Advising, by 5 p.m — May 11.

May 11 and 14 is late advising, the last opportunity to meet with an advisor. Registration is not permitted if you have not completed an application, Residency Determination, ConnectSession, testing, and advising by the deadline. Please note that by late advising time, course availability is limited. You are encouraged to complete enrollment steps early, to include submission of transcripts and financial aid documents.

Main Campus late advising hours: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Orange County Campus late advising hours: 1 – 6 p.m.


Tuition and Fees Payment Deadlines

Full payment of tuition and fees is due according to the schedule below. If you do not pay on time, your courses will be de-registered and made available for other students.**

If you register April 2 – 15, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. — April 15

If you register April 16 – 29, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. — April 29

If you register April 30 – May 6, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. — May 6

If you register May 7 – 8, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. — May 8

If you register May 9 – 10,, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. — May 10

If you register May 11 – 13, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. — May 13

If you register May 14 – 15, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. — May 15

**Financial Aid recipients: To avoid de-registration from your courses, your award must be verified and applied to your student account by the May 11 deadline. If you have not been awarded your financial aid you will be responsible for paying for your courses out-of-pocket.

Payments may be made online through Self-Service all day except from 1 – 1:10 a.m. for daily maintenance and Fridays from 6 – 8 a.m. for weekly maintenance. Payment may also be made in person at the Cashier’s Window (White Building entrance foyer, Main Campus, Building 1).
