Financial Aid and Voucher Charge Dates
In the bookstore
Textbooks, access codes, and supplies may be charged:
- Spring Semester 2019: January 3–24
- Spring Semester 2019 Mini-Session II: March 5–21
Students are required to present a copy of their class schedule (paper or electronic) to bookstore personnel in order to use financial aid to purchase textbooks.
Computers, tablets, and printers: Students are required to submit the completed and signed Verification of Class Attendance form to bookstore personnel before they are allowed to charge computers, tablets, and printers.
Attendance is based on submission of an assignment. Once the assignment is complete, the instructor may email Kenisha Jones, Bookstore Manager, to verify the student’s attendance or send a verification email to the student directly. Ms. Jones will accept the verification email from a Durham Tech faculty account only. Online orders may be shipped directly to the student or be picked up by the student (with a picture ID) from the Durham Tech Bookstore.
Textbooks and access codes may be charged in the online bookstore:
- Spring Semester 2019: December 28–January 24 (pickup begins January 3)
- Spring Semester 2019 Mini-Session II: March 4–21 (pickup begins on March 5)
Note: The website will ask for your card number after choosing Financial Aid as the payment option. The card number is your 7-digit Student ID number.
